The day on one sheet
Today's work by time and bay, with the customer, the vehicle and the phone number already there, and a print button for the workshop wall.
What it does
- Time, bay, job, customer, vehicle, registration and phone in a single table.
- Move between days with the arrows, and print a paper day sheet.
- Cancellations are listed separately underneath, so they are visible without being in the way.
- Every booking is searchable and can be filtered by status, with a detail sheet on any row.
- Export the lot to CSV.
- Import a CSV to create bookings in bulk, with a row count to confirm before anything is written.
The wall is still where the day lives
A workshop runs off a printed sheet, not a screen, and a system that cannot produce one gets ignored by lunchtime. The day sheet is built to be printed, and the import exists so moving off a spreadsheet is not a week of typing.
